ProcedureEdit

  1. The application for the registering a business name should be made at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI) which is also facilitated by Investment Facilitation Center. Contacts and office locations on where application can be filed are provided under Office Locations & Contacts section of this page.
  2. Provide a letter of authorization to the settlement of tax matters (to obtain the Ministry of Trade and Industry on the basis of filing the application)
  3. If your application is accepted, the name that you have provided will be registered.

The registration of a business in Haiti, it is domestic or foreign, ask any natural or legal person to complete a series of administrative formalities defined by the Ministry of Trade and Industry Haiti. Registration procedures are executed by the said Ministry in consultation with the Investment Facilitation Center.
