Procedure

For recognition as a trader duly registered in the records of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, you should ask your professional identification card. With this document you can undertake several activities. For example loan application to the bank.

Apply On-line

1. You can go on the Ministry's website at http://www.mci.gouv.ht
2. Go to the Services and click on Professional Identification Card and click on.
   
   

Apply In-Person

1. Go directly to MCI and submit an application to the Directorate of Interior Commerce.
2. You can find the address information under the Office Locations & Contacts section of this page.
   
   

Record the name of the company to the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The owner must have the patent of the rescue company IMB.
