1. This application should be made to the National Office of Civil Aviation, You could find the address and contact information under section Office Locations & Contacts of this page.
2. Make sure you have the information that are listed under the Required Information section and the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page before approaching the office.
3. After verification of the documents and information provided the permit will be issued.
