Procedure

1. To apply for Contribution Certificate for ONA, you have to approach the Minstry of Socail Affairs and Labour who should be able to help you.
2. To apply you have fill up an application form which will be provided in the office and pay 250 gourdes with which they will be able to provide you a certificate.
