Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the Department of Agriculture. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
2. You have to submit an application request tothe Department of Agriculture.
3. Application request form can be found on the following link:Link
4. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant shall send the application requestand Documents to theDepartment of Agriculture.
6. After the application request is processed and accepted,the concerned department will schedule an inspection.
7. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

• The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
