Gujarat - Online Pay LPG Indane Gas Bill

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Paying LPG Indane Gas Bill

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : A pop up message showing an advisory to Indane customers will open. Read it carefully and close it using X mark on the top right corner. In the next screen you have to click on “Register” option at the right corner of the page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 4 : Now you will be taken to the registration form page. Please enter all the details and click the checkbox under "Recaptcha" section. Then click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 5 : In this page please enter the OTP which is received in your registered mobile number and click “VERIFY” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 6 : Now create a new password as said in the screen. Then confirm the password and click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 7 : Now your password will be successfully set. Then click “Please click here to login” button which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 8 : In this page please enter the registered Email or Mobile number in the textbox and click “Continue” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 9 : In the next page please enter your password and click the checkbox under “Recaptcha” section. Then click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 10 : Now select “Link Now” option in the “LPG” section. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 11 : Enter your 17-digit LPG ID in the textbox and click “SUBMIT” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 12 : To link your account you have to provide any one of the information and click “SUBMIT” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 13 : Now verify your details which appear on the screen. If everything is fine then click “YES, THE INFORMATION IS RIGHT” tab highlighted in RED. Else click the other tab “NO, THE INFORMATION IS NOT RIGHT”.

Step 14 : Now again you have to do login. Please click “Login” option at the right side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 15 : Enter your username in the textbox and click “Continue” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 16 : Enter your password in the textbox and click the checkbox under Recaptcha section. Then click “SUBMIT” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 17 : Now click “LPG” menu highlighted in RED at the left side of the page.

Step 18 : Scroll down the page and click “Book your cylinder” option highlighted in RED.

Step 19 : Now select your refill cylinder option from the dropdown menu which is highlighted in RED. Then click “BOOK NOW” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 20 : Now click the checkbox highlighted in RED against declaration statement. Then click “PAY” tab highlighted in Yellow.

Step 21 : Now select the payment gateway as applicable and complete the payment process. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 22 : Please note the order ID for future reference.

Step 23 : Now you will be notified about the delivery process.

Step 24 : Within one or two days your distributor will deliver the LPG at your premises. Please show the payment receipt for verification.
