Procedure

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall access the Biosecurity Division Website. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
2. You have to submit an Application form on the Biosecurity Division Website.
3. Application form can be found on the following link: Link
4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
5. The applicant shall submit the duly filled application form on the following link: Link scroll down fill out the necessary fields and submit your file using the form below.
6. Once the application is processed. The concerned department reviews the documents and inspects the shipment destined for export.
7. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

Fees

Phytosanitary Certificate fee is$23.00

Validity

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
