ProcedureEdit

  1. Applicants must complete and sign an application to get married.
  2. Submit the completed form.
  3. For applicants who are nationals of Grenada, present your original Birth Certificates.
  4. In cases where the parties involved are divorced, you will also need to present the original copies of your final divorce documents.
  5. For those who are under the age of 18 (minor), A Minors Consent form is to be completed by the minors Father/Mother or lawful guardian and certified by a Notary Public, Minister of Religion or Lawyer
  6. Pay the Marriage License fee ($50.00) at the Treasury, Ministry of Finance.
  7. Present receipt along with stamps amounting to $15.00.
