  1. Go to a Police Office in Greece.
  2. Present and submit required documents.
  3. Pay the application fee.

Required DocumentsEdit

  • application for permit renewal
  • certificate of commencement of operations of the Tax Office or certified photocopy of DOY
  • prof of payment of the corresponding charge concerned
  • any document (stamped) by proving the lawful use of the property of the head office
  • Affidavit of Art. 8 of Law 1599/1986 stating that the person concerned not within the prohibitions of subsections (a), (b) and (c) of Article 11 6 of Law 2518/1997, as amended and supplemented by Law 3707/2008
  • Certificate of state hospital, a doctor specializing Psychiatrist, by showing that the applicant is not suffering from any form of mental illness and not a user of drugs, whose date is not more than three months from the date of submission.
