Procedure

1. Go to a Police Office in Greece.
2. Present and submit required documents.
3. Pay the application fee.

Required Documents

• applicant's application with the list of reasons and the type of leave requested
• Certificate physician specialty neurologist-psychiatrist or physician by showing the state of mental health of the person concerned in order for individuals or representatives and managers (issued by the doctor)
• Affidavit Law 1599-1586 of stakeholders stating that the declarant is not within the prohibitions of Article 18 of N.2168/1993 and that does not benefit or fugitive from justice.
• full copy Criminal Records (Type A)
• Other required documents (if applicable)
  • certified copy of the instrument appointing a representative of the board of SA
  • certified copy of the statutes or company legal person to another form.
• Affidavit of the person concerned in which states that:
  • There is a partner in private security firms operating as a general partnership or limited partnership.
  • is not representative, administrator, Board member or shareholder private security firms operating as a limited company and
  • There is an official private security firms.
• Three (3) recent photos
