Goa - Online Pay LPG Gas Bill through Google Pay
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Paying LPG Gas Bill Online through Google Pay
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : Download App.
- Step 3 : Now click “Install” tab highlighted in RED to download the mobile app.
- Step 4 : Open the application and enter your mobile number which is registered with your bank account and click “Next” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Once the OTP is entered by default please click “Start using Google Pay” tab highlighted in RED. After the OTP verification, you can access the google pay application.
- Step 6 : For security purpose you need to set a lock using the existing phone screen lock or by creating a 4-digit PIN. Choose option as per your choice and click “Continue” tab highlighted in RED. If you choose “Create Google PIN” option then you will be taken to a page to create a new PIN. Please follow the screen instructions.
- Step 7 : To make payments, first you need to add your bank account with this application. Please click “Add bank account” option highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Now select your bank from the list of options. Then your mobile number which is linked to the bank you have selected will be verified.
- Step 9 : After verification process, your Gpay ID will be created and your mobile number will be registered to Gpay.
- Step 10 : In the home page, tap on the “New Payments” option highlighted in RED. You will be provided with menus and list of options under each menu.
- Step 11 : You have to select the “Bill payments” option under the menu “Recharge and bills”. A drop down menu with a list of services will appear. Due to security reason, screenshot of this page cannot be taken.
- Step 12 : You have to tap on the “LPG cylinder booking” service menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : A menu screen with three different LPG service providers will appear.
- Step 14 : You have to choose the LPG service provider which you have been subscribed to. For example, if you have been subscribed to Indane gas, you should tap on the option “Indane gas (Indian Oil)”. For all the LPG gas providers the options are same. So please refer the Indane gas images for other providers.
- Step 15 : Since you haven't linked any of your LPG accounts yet, you will be provided with a screen with an option “Get started” tab highlighted in RED. Tap on that to get your LPG account linked with Google pay.
- Step 16 : You can also link your account by tapping on “Link account” option in the down arrow provided on the top right side of the screen. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

- Step 17 : You will get a screen with two empty fields. Enter your Mobile Number which is registered with your LPG account or your LPG ID in the “Registered Mobile Number/LPG ID” field. In the second field, you should enter your LPG account name or you can leave it empty, since it is optional. Once you complete this, tap on the right arrow which is placed at the bottom right corner of the screen and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 18 : You will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your account information that is, your Registered Mobile number/LPG ID and Account name (if you had added one).
- Step 19 : After reviewing your account information, tap on the “Link account” option at the bottom of the screen. You will get pop-up message as “Account linked” at the bottom of the next screen. At the top of the screen, by tapping the down arrow provided on the right side, you can add more LPG accounts and get benefited.
- Step 20 : By clicking on the curved arrow at the bottom of the screen, you can get the bill information that is due to be paid. By tapping on that, the due bill amount appears on the screen, tapping on which directs you to a screen where you will get the detailed information about your due LPG bill.
- Step 21 : At the bottom of the screen, an option named 'Pay bill' will be available. Tapping on that will enable you to pay your pending bill. You will be redirected to the Google Pay's usual payment screen, where you can find your due LPG bill amount already entered.
- Step 22 : Tap on the 'Proceed to Pay' option once after checking the bill amount. This directs you to the Unified Payments Interface gateway where you have to enter your secret four-digit UPI pin, in order to carry out the transaction.
- Step 23 : After entering the correct UPI pin from the numerical keypad provided, tap on the 'tick' at the bottom right corner of the keypad. Now a screen will appear with the 'Payment successful' message on your mobile phone.
- Step 24 : Now, that your LPG bill has been paid successfully, you can have the receipt provided by Google pay in accordance with your transaction.
