Goa - Online Apply to get Tenant Verification

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Apply to get Tenant Verification

Step 2 : To register the Tenant’s Details with the Police click on the following link: Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given window, click on “Tenant Verification” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Now login using your User Id, Password and text verification and click on the “Sign In” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. You can create a new account by clicking on the “Create Account” option which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image located in the lower left corner of the webpage.

Step 5 : Now fill all the required information and click on the “Save” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : Once you login with your account, fill all the required details of the Landlord and the Tenant or Paying Guest.

Step 7 : Upload the Tenant’s required Id proof and passport size photographs.

Step 8 : Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.

Step 9 : The Police would ask the Tenant or Property Owner to visit the Police Station if any verification is necessary.

Step 10 : The Police would keep a record of the Tenant’s information and would inform the landlord if the Tenant is a criminal or a troublemaker.
