Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a land mortgage in Goa, you will have to approach the nearest CSC centre or tehsildars office.
2. Here is the link to the location of all the CSC centres locations link
3. You will be given an application form which you need to fill.
4. Here is the link to the Application form
5. Note: you can take a printout and fill it or an application form will be given to you at the CSC centre.
6. Carry all required documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Submit the form to the CSC centre officer, the application will be forwarded to the concerned authorities.
8. You will get timely updates through SMS.
9. Once approved you can collect the document from the CSC centre office.

1. Go to the official website of the Goa online portal.
2. Here is the Portal link
3. In the search icon type “Encumbrance certificate”.
4. Click on the link.
5. You will be directed to another page where the procedure to apply online is mentioned.
6. Currently, the service is unavailable.
