Apply On-line
Use the following link to apply for Matriz certificate online :

Apply In-person:

1. The applicant need to visit the concerned Taluka Mamlatdar of North Goa District.
2. The applicant need to write an application on plain paper which is to be addressed to the concerned Mamlatdar and Head of Taluka Revenue Office.
3. The applicant need to affix a Court fee stamp of Rs. 5/-on that application.
4. There is no fees and documents required for applying for Matriz Certificate.
5. Once processed, the applicant will be acknowledged through their registered mobile number.
6. The overall processing takes about 3 days on receipt of application.
