Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for duplicate caste certificate, applicant has to approach the Mamlatdar office.
2. Link for contacts: Contact link. Please select “Contact us” section to know the contact details.
3. Get the relevant application form from the authorities and fill the form with valid details appropriately.
4. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
5. Submit the form along with the required documents to the authorities.
6. Now collect the acknowledgment slip from the authorities.
7. After the verification process, applicant shall receive the duplicate copy of caste certificate.
   

Apply Online:

1. The applicant need to register themselves in the website Link: link
2. The applicant need to fill in the application form.
3. The applicant need to make sure that you they are following the instructions that appear on that webpage.
4. After filling in all the necessary details, the applicant need click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to submit the application.
5. The overall processing takes about 10 days.
6. The applicant will be acknowledged with acknowledgement number through their registered mobile number for status tracking
