Procedure

Customer’s subscribers with the Water Company Limited (GWCL) upon receiving monthly Water bill for service rendered by the company are required to pay for their Water bill in time through the following methods of payment.

How to Apply :
In-Person Application:
Cash Payment:

• Subscribers of Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) can make cash payments at private vending station authorized pay points, which are located countrywide or at any GWCL Regional and District Offices branch offices near you at the paying counters clearly marked CASHIER.

Bank Payments:

• you can pay your water bill at any branch of the following banks countrywide (list below),visit any of the bank branches and make payment, GWCL account number can be obtain from the banks.(Ecobank ,universal merchant bank ,Calbank ,National investment bank ,GCB Bank ,Fidelity Bank, Society Generale Ghana, ZUBA, Bank of Africa, Stanbic Bank, Prudential bank ltd, GTN Bank, HFC Bank)

Cheque Payments:

• Cheques may be deposited Regional and District Offices branch offices or at specific business premises appointed by the GWCL to serve as drop-off points.

Online application:
Mobile app:

1. Download GWCL CUSTOMER APP from the Google Play Store for (android phone)or Apple store for (I phone)and sign up if you do not have an account. Login if you already have an account.
2. Enter their 8 or 9-digit meter number and the name registered to the water meter.
3. Make payment by entering the amount as indicated on the water invoice through MTN mobile money, Airtel money, TIGO cash, or Vodafone. You will receive an SMS confirming the payment.
