Apply In-Person:

  1. To Apply for Get courier Service in person, the applicant has to approach the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission or Ghana Post Company Limited Contact link
  2. The Get Courier Service application form must be obtained from the authorities in the PCSRC office.
  3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
  4. Make sure that applicant have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
  6. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and then applicant should submit it to the (CSO) Customer Service Officer.
  7. The CSO will update applicant’s application details in the system.
  8. After that, applicants have to pay the application fee.
  9. After verifying the application form, the applicant will be provided with the license.
  10. With the fee receipt, the license card must be printed in the Printing office.
  11. The processing time for this procedure is 2-3 weeks.

  • All person(s) or company that wish to provide services as postal or courier service provider are required to apply for an operation license before staring operating in Ghana, in relation to the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission Act, (Act 649) in August 2003.
