Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. The application form for Danida Civil Society Fund (DCSF) forms is available in the non-Profit Organization secretariat. contact link
2. Applicant should obtain the application form from respective office.
3. Applicant has to enter all information the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents are necessary for completing this procedure.
5. Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
6. The organization which is interested in this fund should apply and submit only one proposal selected from the priority areas listed above in this procedure. Applications are submitted once every year.
7. Develop a well written project proposal while demonstrating shared vision and values of Ibis and CBO/CSOs. People representing themselves, gender equality, mutual respect, commitment to work with poor communities and marginalized groups, equity and transparency. Show in your proposal willingness to operate a Bank account with Multiple, signatories, willing to establish a good and acceptable financial systems and books of Accounts.
8. Submit your application together with a project proposal and the required documents, the application shall be process and selection exercise will be conducted to shortlist the qualifying organization, this will based on fund criteria.
9. Selected applicant or organization are referred to the fund Board for more scrutiny and finally be approved and then be selected for funding. The approved organization or applications are invited to sign an agreement with the civil society fund and after that their Funds are transferred to their accounts specifying the programs on a quarterly basis.
10. The Processing time for this procedure is 6 months.

Community based organization from the above mentioned region are eligible, An Eligible organization should be:

• A local based groups or organization
• Must be recognized and known by community opinion leader in the district.
• Committed to work for the rights of the people and the community and the district.

Fees

• A fee has to be paid as per as authority request.

Validity

• Valid for this fund is 1-5 years
