Apply In-Person:

  1. To Apply for Caveat or Restriction License or permit in person, the applicant has to approach the Ghana Land Commission office contact link
  2. Then, the applicant must obtain the application form from land commission office.
  3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
  4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
  6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made, which can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
  7. A completed application form submits to the land commission office.
  8. If the application is verified, the notification will be sent to the applicant by the Land Commission Office.
  9. Application process at the registrar's office concludes on the same day (If there is any inevitable situation it may happen on the next working day).
