Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for CPD Program Accreditation in Ghana, the applicant has to approach the Ghana Medical and Dental councillor Pharmacy Council Ghana, Headquarters contact link
2. Application form can be download from the Link and link
3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
4. Information related to medical and dental council and CPD Provider Accreditation authority can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts “section of this page.
5. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. Applicant must have included in application form:
   • A full programme of the meeting, including an hourly breakdown and details of the session.
   • A complete list of the speakers including information about what posts they hold, where they are based and what speaking experience they have, particularly in relation to the topic to be presented. This is especially important for non-clinical topics.
   • All the sections in the application form and the required fee.
8. Completed application form and programme should be sent to the respective office.
9. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the MDC.
10. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
11. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their document.
12. The Processing time for this procedure is 15 days.
