Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Business Visa in Ghana, the applicant has to approach the Ghana Embassy office or Ghana high commission office contact link
2. The application form should obtain the relevant department.
3. Applicant has to enter all information in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fees details are mentioned under “fees” section of this page.
7. If all above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their visa.
8. After seeing this notification, the applicant must go to the respective office and get their visa.
9. Generally, the processing time for this procedure 15 days.
   

Note: please note that visa fees for k applicants should be paid at any GT bank locations in Ghana.

• Work and religious visas-190 Dollar
• K visas cost- 265 Dollar
• E visas cost-205 Dollar

Note: please note that visa fees for k applicants should be paid at any GT bank locations in Ghana.

Validity

Business visa Valid for 6 months or greater.
