1.Go to any nearby authorized immigration office in your home country and find out what is required to obtain the type of business visa required, rules and regulations;

2.Get a visa application form. This can be obtained from any authorized immigration agencies or can be downed from and authorized agencies website. The authorized issuing agencies out of Ghana can be viewed at http://www.embassypages.com/ghana

3.After obtaining form, the applicant must fill it carefully and correctly, and ensure that he / she inserts date and signs the form after filling;

4.Then make all necessary payments

5.Attach required documents on to the completed application form; and

6.Submit application to the Ghana embassy, consulate office or high commission.

The fees for each business visa vary basing on where it is obtained for instance:-

1.Business Single $ 65

2.Business Emergency Single $ 105

3.Business Multi Entry Multiple $ 105

4.Rush Single Entry range between $100 and $ 105

5.Money order, postal order or cashiers check Ranges between $40 and $60

6.Rush Multiple Entry range between $200 and $ 205

1.Ensure that the passport submitted is valid passport with a blank page;

2.An applicant must be interested in business for a short period of time

3.Ensure that the invitation letter and business letter are prepared on a letterhead;

4.Ensure that the invitation letter indicates the purpose of visit and should be in detail;

5.Do not submit false documents;

6.A visa does not guarantee entry into the Ghana, the immigration department remains with the authority to allowing or rejecting entry;

7.Always use designated entry to enter into Ghana;

8.Harmful / dangerous materials are prohibited;

9.When in the Ghana always comply with the laws of the country;

10.A business visa does not allow engaging in permanent employment
