  1. Gather all documents you will need to submit or present in order to apply for the procedure.
  2. Complete an application form.
  3. Submit form along with all other required documents.
  4. Pay all necessary fees.

  • Document confirming the ownership of the vehicle;
  • ID card;
  • Inspection act (issued by the Service Agency);
  • Joint application;
  • Receipt confirming the payment of the fee compliance to legislation (fee for state number plates 35 GEL; fee for vehicle registration certificate 35 GEL).


For the heirs:

  • Document issued by a notary of by court;
  • Application form (to be completed at the Service Agency);
  • Heritage certificate;
  • Registration certificate of the vehicle;
  • Inspection act;
  • ID card;
  • Receipt confirming the payment of the fee defined by legislation - fee for the registration certificate of the vehicle 35 GEL.
