  1. Submit your request to a obtain a copy of a Certificate of Citizenship at any branch of Public Service Development Agency or Public Service Hall. (contact information provided below).
  2. Do not forget to bring a valid identification. The registry personnel may ask for your ID in order to confirm your identity and make sure that you have the right to obtain the certificate.
  3. Pay the application fee.

You may use the link provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" section to get in touch with the nearest Embassy of Georgia in the country you are currently staying. The Embassy's consular service desk will be able to help process your request to obtain a copy of a Certificate of Citizenship.

  • Civil acts registration certificate may be issued to any person on the basis of notarized power of attorney
