Procedure

1. To obtain clearance for Tinted Glass Vehicles, the applicant has to contact the Ministry of Interior.
2. The applicant has to write a letter to the Permanent Secretary of the Minister applying for a clearance.
3. This letter written should be submitted at the Ministry with a copy of the car's INSURANCE DOCUMENT.
4. During submission three original copies will be handed over to the applicant.
5. This forms should be taken to MOBILE TRAFFIC UNIT,KANIFING along with the vehicle.The vehicle will be examined by the police officers there,after which the forms will be filled,signed, and stamped.
6. The same forms should be returned back to the ministry for the final stamp and signature to validate the forms and keep record.
