Procedure

How to Apply:

1. You should visit the Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale (CNSS) office near you and express your interest at the service desk.
2. Application form can be obtain at any CNSS branch office or download it via the CNSS website portal or click the link below to download:(Application form)
3. Submit the completed duly filed application form along with the supporting documents (listed under “Required Documents” section) for verification and processing to the attending official at the CNSS.
4. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be notified of the outcome and be given further instruction.

Instructions

• The form must be completed in block letters, attach declaration of wages received during the last three or five years for pensions and all wages received during the activity for the reimbursement of contributions.
• Each insurance period must be justified by all means of proof you know, including work certificates, pay stubs, hiring or termination certificates.

Need for the Document

All insured members of the CNSS are eligible for refund of their contribution on request if there are no longer able to contribute to the retirement benefit policy or no longer need the policy.
