Procedure

1.A person who wishes to obtain insurance in Gabon, starts by finding the best insurance adviser or broker (a list of these can be viewed at a http://www.yellowpagesofafrica.com/companies/gabon/insurers-advice-brokers/ ) or by finding a the most convenient insurance companies in the country (a list of theses can be viewed at http://www.yellowpagesofafrica.com/companies/gabon/insurances/);

2.When the insurance broker / company is identified, the applicant should find out the motor insurance policies available, he / she goes through the details of all the insurance policies available in order to be able to choose the best motor insurance that suits his / her needs;

3.When an insurance policy is chosen, the applicant must then find out the requirements for obtaining the chosen insurance policy;

4.Prepare all the documents required and submit them to the insurance company / broker to obtain the desired insurance policy;

5.When documents are approved, the insurance company offers the insurance policy and as proof issues an insurance certificate.
