Procedure

How to Apply:

1. You should contact the Ministry of the Interior office for more information about filling the application with them.
2. Write a request letter addressed to the Minister of the Interior outlining the reason of the request and submit it along with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and processing.
3. If the ministry or the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, you will be notified of the outcome, issued with the burial permit and given further instruction.
   

Note : The burial site must be located at a minimum distance of 250 meters from the nearest dwelling.

• A declaration of death, certificate of attestation of death, death certificate or death certificate
