Procedure

How to Apply:

1. Upon meeting all the conditions as set for the application under “Eligibility” section of this page, eligible subscriber is required to visit any of the Societe d'Energie et d'Eau du Gabon (SEEG) agency and express your interest.
2. Fill out the application form obtained from the SEEG office and submit it along with the supporting documents listed under “Required Documents” section of this page for verification and processing and if all the information’s are in order you will be registered.
3. An SEEG inspector will then be dispatched to the site for an assessment to determine the estimate cost of the layout connection materials.
4. You will then be required to pay the estimate cost within 15 days and Present the payment receipt to SEEG offices to facilitate the connection.
5. After presentation of the payment receipt you will receive external works, meter installation and water flow within 15 days.

Eligibility

Service is open to all, but the applicant must meet the following conditions:

• Put a pipe after meter
• Put a fixed tap.

Fees

• You will be given a quotation fee.

• The rates varying every quarter, it is possible that the amount shown on your quote is different from the amount you will pay at the checkout.

Validity

• The Validity is 2 months after the creation of the request with the SEEG

Instructions

• SEEG grants you payment facilities depending on the type of subscription contracted. For the standard connection (E / O) you can pay at least 50% of the estimate, the rest being payable in 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments.
• For the social connection, the customer can pay 25% of the estimate, the rest being payable in 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments without interest.
