Procedure

How to Apply:

1. You (host) should Visit the Directorate General for Documentation and Immigration (DGDI) office near you and express your interest at the service desk.
2. Application form can be obtained from the DGDI office, or download it via the Emi-immigration website portal or click the link below to download:(Application form)
3. Submit the completed duly filed application form along with the supporting documents (listed under “Required Documents” section) for verification and processing to the attending official at the DGDI.
4. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, the Information obtained from the application form will be entered into the DGDI data system
5. The entry authorization permit will be issued to the beneficiary upon arrival in Gabon and payment of the required fees.

Required Documents

• 1 Photo of the beneficiary
• A copy of the personalized pages of the beneficiary's valid passport
• A copy of the applicant's identity document (CNI or passport for nationals, residence permit for foreigners)
• Individual employment authorization for foreign workers,
• A certificate of employment from the applicant, circuit sheet or any other supporting document
• Any other document if necessary.

• 45,000 FRS cfa payable on arrival of the beneficiary at the border (120,000 FRS for the Circular Visa)
