1.To obtain a Gabon business visa, an applicant is advised to start by finding the closest issuing agency in home or neighbouring Country. 1.Business visa is not issued to applicants who intend to provide technical assistance services of any nature;

2.An applicant must ensure that his / her passport is valid with a blank visa page;

3.If the passport has expired, the applicant must endeavor to renew it before applying for a visa;

4.The business to be engaged in must be for a short period of time;

5.Applicants must not submit false information;

6.Applicants must not stay in the country beyond validity period of visa;

7.Enter through designated entry points;

8.With a visa one does not automatically enter Gabon, the immigration department makes the final decision of either to accept or reject entry;

9.Applications may be submitted in person, by email or through a visa agent in home country;

10.Business and invitation letters must be prepared on company headed papers;

11.Applicants must be of good character and of good health;

12.An applicant must be ready to follow laws, rules and regulations of the country if visa is granted;

13.Applicants must not carry dangerous and prohibited materials / substances while entering Gabon;
