Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew Registration as a Review consultant, the applicant must visit the Ministry of Waterways and Environment contact link
2. Application form for this procedure is available in the following link
3. The applicant must fill in the application form with all the necessary details in it.
4. The applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant must attach necessary documents along with the completed application form before paying the fee.
6. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authorities’ request.
7. After the fee is paid, the application form can be submitted to the concerned authority.
8. The authority will mention about the processing time for this procedure.
9. The applicant will receive a notification via SMS or Email regarding the availability of the renewed document.
10. Once the notification is received, the applicant can visit the office to collect their document.
11. If there is no information regarding the license is provided, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.
