Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Open an Insurance Brokering Account, the applicant must visit the Reserve Bank of Fiji office. Contact Link
2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the Reserve Bank of Fiji, or else it can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and along with the required documents, it should be submitted to the respective authority in the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
5. The application form will be verified based on the rules and regulations framed by the Reserve Bank of Fiji.
6. After complete verification and document checks, if all the documents are legitimate, then the approval to open an Insurance Broking account will be granted to the applicant.
7. The processing fee and time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
