Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Metro Ethernet Connection, the applicant must visit the Fiji’s Telecom Service office. Contact Link
2. Otherwise, the applicant can first submit an enquiry form online, and then the service providers will contact the applicant.
3. The applicant must check the Metro Ethernet plans available at the Telecom office.
4. Then the applicant must select the plan suitable for them.
5. Then they must pay the appropriate fee for the plan. Then they must sign up for the plan.
6. All the plan details and fee structure will be intimated to the applicant while visiting the office.
7. The processing time to get the Metro ethernet services will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

There are various validity period available for the Metro Ethernet service, however, after the validity period, the applicant must again signup for the plan.
