Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Landline Connection, the applicant must send the mail to the Fiji’s Telecom Service office. Contact Link
2. The official mail id of the Telecom services is [email protected].
3. The applicant should send the connection request mail along with the copy of required documents.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After sending the request mail, the customer service of the Telecom company will call back for further details.
6. The plan details and fee structure of the Landline connections will be explained in detailed. There will be extra installation charges for landline connection.
7. The processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

Eligibility

Any individual who is above 18 years of age in Fiji is eligible to get the Landline connections in Fiji.

Fees

• Standard deposit - $50
• Survey & Installation Fees - $78.48
  

Validity

There are both monthly plan and yearly plans in Landline Connections. After the validity period, the applicant must again signup for the plan.
