Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Dedicated Internet Access, the applicant must visit the Fiji’s Telecom Service office. Contact Link
2. Otherwise, the applicant can first submit an enquiry form online, and then the service providers will contact the applicant.
3. The applicant must check the Dedicated plans available at the Telecom office.
4. Then the applicant must select the plan suitable for them.
5. Then they must pay the appropriate fee for the plan. Then they must sign up for the plan.
6. All the plan details and fee structure will be intimated to the applicant while visiting the office.
7. The processing time to get the Dedicated services will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

Eligibility

Any business owners in Fiji are eligible to apply for the Dedicated Internet Access services in Fiji.

Fees

• Flat fee per month based on bandwidth. As well as Discounts available on term contracts.
• Fixed monthly cost regardless of usage.
  

Validity

The dedicated Internet access is valid for one month, and after the validity period, the applicant must again signup for the plan.
