Apply In-Person:

  1. To Apply for Towage Permit, the applicant must visit the Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji (MSAF). Contact Link
  2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the MSAF office, or else it can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
  3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and along with the required documents it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of MSAF Fiji.
  5. The CEO will verify the application, and the towing permit will be approved.
  6. The fee details for towage permit will be intimated to the applicant while applying.
  7. The processing time for this procedure will be intimated by the authorities in the MSAF office.
