Apply In-Person:
- To apply for plastic bottle Permit, the applicant has to visit Ministry of Waterways & Environment contact link
- Applicant must provide all the information that is requested in the application form link
- Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
- Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Applicant must attach both photocopies and originals of all the documents along with the completed application form before submitting it at the office.
- The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
- If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the permit will be provided within a stipulated period of time.
- The applicant will be notified regarding the permit or certificate via SMS or E-mail. Once after receiving the notification, the applicant can visit the office to get their permit or certificate.
- If there is no information regarding the permit is provided by the concerned officials, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their permit or certificate.
