Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Order of Dissolution of Marriage, the applicant must reach out to the court nearby their location that works under the Supreme Court of Fiji (Judiciary of Fiji) contact link
- Download the application form from the following link
- The applicant must download, print, and fill up the application form with all the necessary information requested in it.
- The applicant must make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant must attach the needed documents along with the application form after filling the application form with all the necessary information.
- Finally, the applicant can submit the application form along with the documents at the office.
- The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request. The fee has to be paid along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
- Once the fee is paid, a receipt will be provided by the concerned authority to the applicant.
- The receipt has to be kept safe by the applicant for future use.
- After the payment is made successfully, the applicant will be informed by the concerned authorities regarding the processing time for getting their dissolution document.
- Later, the applicant will receive a notification via SMS or E-mail regarding the availability of the dissolution document.
- Once the notification is provided, the applicant can visit the court and officially get the Dissolution Document.

InstructionsEdit
- The applicant is advised not to sign the “Part – F: Affidavit of Applicant(s) in the application form until there is someone who can legally witness the signature of both parties.
- The signing should not be done until 12 months since the day of separation.
