Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Incorporation of Trust Board in Fiji, the applicant has to visit the Registrar of Companies Office contact link

• The certificate of Incorporation will be cancelled if in the opinion of the Registrar,
• The incorporation of a charitable trust was obtained by fraud, misrepresentation or mistake.
• Any of the objects of a charitable trust has become unlawful.
• A charitable trust has been or is being used for any unlawful purpose.
• The board of trustees of a charitable trust is not functioning or has become dissolved
• The board of trustees of a charitable trust is not, by reason of the state of its affairs, able properly to exercise its functions or any of them.
