Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Full Withdrawal (Retirement) in Fiji National Provident Fund, the applicant must visit the Fiji National Provident Fund office. Contact Link
- The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the FNPF office, or else it can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
- Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The application form should be filled with necessary details, and along with the required documents, it should be submitted to the respective authority in the FNPF office.
- After submitting the application form, the authorities will verify the application details.
- If the supporting documents are legitimate, then the withdrawal of money for the retirement purposes will be approved by the authorities in the FNPF office.
- The processing fee for the application will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

Required DocumentsEdit
- Dully Filled Application Form. Application Form
- An original or certified copy of the birth certificate. (Post 2000)
- An original or certified copy of the marriage certificate. (Post 2000)
For Lump sum withdrawal:
- Original or certified copy of your Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate printed after year 2000.
- FNPF Membership Card or Certified copy of member’s recent valid photo ID.
- Latest Bank Statement (within a month Local/overseas).
- Overseas bank account (certified true copy of passport showing identification details, certified true copy of PR Visa pages, bank statement, BSB/Routing Number and swift code).
For Pension Products:
- Original or certified true copy of spouse Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate printed after year 2000 – if purchasing a Joint Pension.
- Original or certified true copy of nominees Birth and/or Marriage Certificate printed after year 2000.
- Valid photo ID of spouse and nominee.
- Note: All document copies must be certified by either a FNPF officer, Justice of Peace or Commissioner for Oath.

- Member who has reached the retirement age of 55.
- Member is entitled to withdraw all funds in the general & preserved accounts.
- Member may opt for retirement products that includes
- Single Life Pension
- Joint Life Pension
- Single & Joint Life Pension
- Term Annuity
- (Can also choose any combination of the above pension options)
- Members are also eligible to re-join FNPF as a Compulsory member after the first full withdrawal if he/she is still employed.

- If the Pensioner of the FNPF wants to withdraw early or partial withdrawal of their Fiji National Provident Fund owning to retirement assistance, then they must get the approval from the authorities in the FNPF by filing the application.
Information which might helpEdit
- Any Early Withdrawal reduces any future Early Withdrawal Entitlement and reduces your retirement funds upon reaching the qualifying age of 55 years or upon full withdrawal. Members who have accessed up to 30% of their Preserved Account for first housing transfer will need to replenish the same account.
- Any future contributions received in respect of the Member will be credited to the Member’s Preserved Account for 5 years or until the amount so credited equals the amount withdrawn from the Preserved Account (whichever comes first).
