Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Expression of Interest to Lease iTaukei Land, the applicant must visit the iTaukei Land Trust Board office in Fiji. Contact Link
2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities in the TLTB office, or else it can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form should be filled with necessary details, and it should be submitted to the respective authority in the TLTB office.
5. The details of the Expression of Interest will be registered in the TLTB system.
6. The fee details for the application are given below in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. The processing time will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

Eligibility

Both the Fiji residents and the overseas applicants are eligible to apply for the Expression of Interest form to lease iTaukei land application.

Fees

Application Fees for Expression of Interest is $54.50 (VIP)

Validity

The validity of the EOI form will mentioned in the Lease approval Certificate issued to the applicant.

Need for the Document

In order to get lease land from the iTaukei region, the applicant must first file the Expression of Interest to the authorities in the TLTB authorities. Only after getting the approval, the applicant get lease land from the iTaukei region.
