Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for a Blasters Licence, the applicant must visit the Mineral Resources Department contact link
2. The application form for this procedure has to be obtained from the office and the applicant must fill it up with all the necessary information in it.
3. The applicant must make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant must attach the needed documents along with the application form after filling the application form with all the necessary information.
5. Finally, the applicant can submit the application form along with the documents at the office.
6. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid along with it while submitting it at the office. The fee will have to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Once the fee is paid, the receipt has to be kept safe by the applicant for future use.
8. After the payment is made successfully, the applicant will be informed by the concerned authorities regarding the processing time for getting the licence.
9. Later, the applicant will receive a notification via SMS or E-mail regarding the availability of the licence.
10. Once the notification is provided, the applicant can visit the office and collect their licence.
11. If there is no information regarding the licence is provided, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.
