Apply In-Person:

1. Registration form for Tax Identification Number is available in the Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority contact link1 and contact link2
2. Applicant should fill all the necessary details in the application form.
3. Applicant must make sure to carry all related documents for the procedure to complete (both photocopies and originals).
4. Documents that are necessary for the procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
