Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for obtaining or or Reclaim lost TIN (Personal Identification Number PIN) Number is available in Ministry of Revenue and Customs Authority contact link
2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
4. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form to the respective authority.
7. There is no fee for this procedure.
8. After the verification/ validation of document is done, the board will issue the license within a day.
