Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application for Export Processing Zones (EPZ) Enterprise Commercial License in Ethiopia is available in the Ministry of Trade and Industry contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form before submitting it.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents needed for this procedure to complete.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should make sure to attach photocopies of necessary documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, applicant can get their document within 30 days.
8. Applicant can get their document after getting notification from the office.
9. If there is no update is provided even after 30 days, the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
