Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application for an Electrician License in Ethiopia is provided by the Ethiopian Energy Authority contact link
2. Applicant must enter all necessary information requested in the application form.
3. Documents that are needed for completing application procedure are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all those documents while applying for this procedure.
5. Attach photocopies of documents along with the application form (whichever is necessary).
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all necessary information is provided along with the needed documents, applicant can get their license within a month by visiting the EEA office or via post.
