Apply In-Person:

1. Application for Replacement of Lost Non-Governmental Registration Certificate is available in the Ministry of Justice, Ethiopia contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
3. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant should carry photocopies and originals of all the documents while applying for this procedure.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the registration will be issued within 30 days.
8. Applicant can collect their registration certificate by visiting the office.

NGOs that have already registered with the Ministry of Justice and lost their registration certificate are eligible.

Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.

Validity

Certificate of Registration is valid for 60 months.
