Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application for accreditation of Veterinary Laboratory is available in the Ethiopian National Accreditation Office contact link
2. Applicant has to enter all necessary information in the application form.
3. Documents that are needed for completing application procedure are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all those documents while applying for this procedure.
5. Attach photocopies of documents along with the application form (whichever is necessary).
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the request of concerned authorities.
7. If all necessary information is provided along with the needed documents, applicant can get their accreditation within 6 months to 1 year.
