Apply In Person
- To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach the Estonian Agricultural Board Plant Protection Department. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
- Download the application form and fill up your details.
- Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
- The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and three sets of documents to the Plant Protection Department. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
- Submit an Application form to the Estonian Agricultural Board Plant Protection Department in Person or by post.
- After the application is accepted and confirmed, the Plant Protection Department notifies the applicant.
- The Inspector visits the Applicant’s premises and inspects the shipment destined for export.
- Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

FeesEdit
- After receiving the application, the Estonian Agricultural Board will send a confirmation in which the amount due is stated, including how the state fee should be transmitted. Do not make a payment until receiving the confirmation
ValidityEdit
- The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
